For "Order by Phone" we accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa) methods of payment.
Order On-Line
We've made our website an easy to use, comprehensive resource for you to review and purchase our products on-line. We've also taken care to ensure that the information you provide us is sent over secure connections that cannot be easily compromised. See Privacy Policy. That said, there are many individuals that would prefer not to send credit card information or place orders over the internet. If you feel that way, you can order by mail or phone and we will give your order the same prompt attention that we would give an on-line order.
Order by Phone
You can call (480) 961-7395 between 7 A.M. and 5 P.M. Pacific time Monday-Friday. Have your order ready as well as your payment information. If you have any questions about our products, we will gladly do what we can to help you.
Shipping
Standard shipping is typically UPS or USPS ground. We can also ship express, usually 2-3 days. Express charges are also required for HI, AL.

Returns and Exchanges
We carry outstanding resources for you to use in support of your home schooling efforts, at very low prices. As a result, all sales are final except in cases where the product is damaged in transit or different from what you ordered. If you find that you need to return an item to us, mail it to us in within 30 days of receipt with a letter explaining what the issue is. Please return the item to us in a suitable shipping box, which usually will be the box we shipped the product to you with. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. |
